Refund Policy

The 14-day guarantee

yaatuber is a one-time purchase of $99 USD. If it is not right for you, email ken@kenkais.com from the address you bought with, within 14 days of your purchase, and we will refund the full amount.

You do not have to explain why. You do not have to have stopped using it. We would like to know what went wrong so we can fix it, but that is a request, not a condition.

How to ask

1. Email ken@kenkais.com from the email address you used at checkout.
2. Say that you want a refund. Including your Stripe receipt helps, but we can find the order from your email address alone.
3. We process the refund to your original payment method. Your bank typically takes 5 to 10 business days to show it.

What happens to your licence

Refunding cancels your licence. Your email address is removed from the download list, and any copy of yaatuber you have already installed should be uninstalled.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

The 14-day guarantee above is offered voluntarily and is in addition to, not instead of, your legal rights.

Ken Kais, trading as BuzzBeam sells from Australia, so the Australian Consumer Law applies. Digital products such as yaatuber come with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded: the software must be of acceptable quality, match its description, and be fit for the purpose it was sold for.

If yaatuber fails one of those guarantees, you are entitled to a remedy, and nothing in this policy or in our Terms of Sale limits that:

• Major failure. For example, the software does not do what it was advertised to do, or cannot be made to work within a reasonable time. You choose between a refund or a replacement, and you may also claim compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss.
• Minor failure. Something is wrong but can be put right. We may choose to fix it within a reasonable time instead of refunding.

These rights are not limited to 14 days. They last for a reasonable time given what the product is and what it cost. If you think yaatuber has failed a consumer guarantee after the guarantee window has closed, email us anyway.

Chargebacks

Please email us before disputing a charge with your bank. A refund by email is faster than a chargeback, and a chargeback locks the payment while the bank investigates, which means we cannot refund you directly until it resolves.
