Do I need a video editor as well?

Usually not, but that depends on you. Zooms, layout swaps, captions and dead-air cuts happen while you record, there are editing tools for after, and export tidies the rest. Many recordings go straight out. If you still want a pass in an editor, you start much further along.

Is it for Shorts or long videos?

Both. Record vertical for Shorts, Reels and TikTok, or landscape for YouTube and courses, in the same app. Pick per recording.

Which layouts can I record in?

Full screen with your camera in the corner, camera only, or screen and camera side by side. Swap between them on a keypress while you are still talking.

Can I put my name and links on screen?

Yes. Add your name, handle and website, and a call-to-action button that pops up on a timer so viewers know where to go next. All of it is yours to configure.

Is it a subscription?

No. $69 once, and updates for your version are included. If a future major version ever ships as a separate product, the one you bought keeps working.

Which Macs does it run on?

Any Mac running macOS, Apple Silicon or Intel. There is no Windows version yet.

Can I use it on more than one Mac?

One licence activates one Mac at a time. Getting a new machine? Email ken@kenkais.com and we move it across.

What if it is not for me?

Email ken@kenkais.com within 7 days and you get a full refund. No reason needed. The refund policy has the details.

Who owns what I record?

You do, entirely. Yaatuber claims nothing over anything you make with it.
